Susan Winters is the main author and website developer of Property Watch USA. She works for a Home Watch company in Texas and assists with Home Watch checks and meets with various contractors as they perform maintenance in and around the homes.
Susan is also a website developer and often travels to attend SMX and SEO conferences where she obtains training from top professionals including several Google employees including Danny Sullivan and Gary Illyes and former employee Matt Cutts.

Our content is not for individuals looking to start a Home Watch Company. There are other books and websites that
provide that information. However we do provide a platform where existing Home Watch Companies can share their stories with homeowners who own second homes.
